Just stopping for a quick cuppa and to say g'day! This week I have been preparing for our guests that are coming this weekend. It's been a frenzy of Spring cleaning, window washing, gardening, laundering, and recipe selecting here, but I know it will be worth it once our friends arrive! Isn't it funny how just the thought of guests coming will suddenly propel one into doing the very things that one has put off doing? There's still time to enter my give away too which will be drawn this Friday. I hope you're all having a terrific week ladies. Now I'm off to scrub something...or paint something...or re-arrange something...lol. Love Amanda xxx

I guess I should invite someone over to stay so I'd be motivated to clean. Love that cup and saucer! Don't work too hard!

Company is coming! How fun!

And yes, it does serve as a motivator for me, too. Who invented dust anyway? It wasn't a great idea!

Hi Amanda! What a beautiful cuppa. I like mine with cream, too. I know how it is when company's coming. My Mr. Precious just loves it because I get the house all spiffed up! Have fun.

I am lauging at what susan said..."invite somone over so it will motivate her to clean her house! That can so be me at times too! I always laugh at how much I clean and organize when people are coming!

Welcome spring! As we welcome winter....eventually!

Love, Leslie

What an inviting cup of tea that is. Amanda, it is so funny to hear you talking about spring cleaning right now. I love that we are opposite...it weirdly brings things into perspective. Susan

Amanda, Thank you so much for your encouraging words to me the other day. You are such a dear. I didn't know that sometimes you struggled too. I am glad that your daughter is so happy and doing fine. God has blessed me so much this week. I have not cried at all. I am seeing happy faces coming home from school. I feel God's peace. I'm very thankful. I think you are doing better than you think too. I think we mothers tend to doubt our strengths and abilities. Hugs, Kathi

HI Amanda, It's good to be home and catching up with all my friends. I adore all the seaside pictures in your previous post. What a beautiful area you live in.
