Hi ladies! Did you all have a lovely day today? I do hope so. My day flew by in yet another blur of puppy fur, cleaning the house, mopping up after the flooding from all the rain yesterday, and typing business reports up for my husband. Anyway, tonight I thought I would show you some things I've found recently at the thrift store.......

a beautiful tissue box and sweet little angel candle holder....


that now both live in our bedroom.....


I forgot to take a photo of this table before,it was an ugly dark brown and all scratched up, but I fell in love with the legs and knew it would be perfect for this small space at the end of the couch once it had a touch of fabulous white paint....


I had been looking for a tiered table that could hold my lap top on top and magazines on the bottom, and when I spotted this little beauty (all ugly and dark brown too) I knew that it would do the job perfectly once it too had a coat of white paint. Don't you just love the miracle of white paint.....


now that LuLu La Rue has moved in, plans have changed. Instantly she claimed the bottom shelf as her own, and as I posted last night, we have moved one of her beds to this spot and named it 'LuLu's apartment' lol......


last but not least, I found this pair of perfectly white shabby candle holders. Just the ticket to go with my new toile table cloth and new candles......


It's funny, sometimes I go thrifting and there's nothing, and at other times I come home with my truck loaded to the gills.....or should I say, to the grills! lol Ok gotta run....time for LuLu and I to drive Precious Princess to dance class.
