For my pink post this week I am going to show you one of my Mother's Day presents. I requested some new bedding...new sheets and doona cover (quilt cover). My Princess took her Daddy shopping and this is the beautiful set I was presented with....
Isn't it just gorgeous?! I love it and think Princess and One True Love did an excellent job of choosing the perfect gift for me! Love you both! xxx
Since it's winter here now, I haven't put the sheet set on the bed, just the doona cover (or quilt cover as some may call it).
Here's a close up for you to see. It's not a huge difference from the doona cover I did have on there before, but that one got ruined when my husband sat on the bed with black glue on his pants. Oh a sad, sad day to be sure! Never mind, I thought that was the perfect excuse to get a whole new bed set. Right girls? lol
and of course, what Pink Saturday post would be complete with out a picture of our little lady, Miss LuLu La Rue, laying in her PINK bed at the front door catching some warm winter rays......

I want sheets like that! To sleep amongst the roses. Actually the top sheet I'm using now have pretty pink roses too. On the up side, I washed ALL my bedding today so it will be completely fresh when I crawl into bed. Happy Pink Saturday Amanda and enjoy your company when they arrive!
Amanda! What gorgeous sheets! Your little princess and hubby did a great job picking those for you! And look at that LuLu! Oh, this makes me miss my babies. I have been thinking of either getting a chihuahua or a toy fox terrier among other pups. Seeing your baby makes me want one SO bad!
