Where's my snorkel?

Hi ladies! Hope you are all having a wonderful start to the week so far. Thought I'd share some photo's of, you guessed it, LuLu La Rue. No, my blog won't be turning into a dog blog, but this is my life right now.........

and this is how we roll most of the time.......

with LuLu in her travel bag. She seems to know that as soon as she gets into her 'talk to the paw' bag that means we're getting ready to go out in the car, and as soon as she gets into the car she falls asleep......thankfully!

Can you spot LuLu in this picture?......

Here's a closer look. We call this Lulu's apartment. She decided right from the start that she liked to sit on the bottom shelf of this stand (newly thrifted & painted), so my daughter placed one of LuLu's bed's on the bottom shelf and it's here where she puts herself to bed when she gets tired......

I know it looks like she sleeps ALL the time, but trust me and my puffy sleepless eyes, she is active and playing, peeing, pooping and trying to dominate the cat most of the time!

Ooohhh doesn't she look so cute hanging head first out of her apartment bed? Who would think that something so tiny could have so many big widdles! Have visions of myself needing to get my snorkel out before too long!

So even though my days are going by in a blur, I'm so tired from middle of the night play sessions that I don't know if I'm Arthur or Martha half the time, and I don't know what day of the week it is anymore.........

the love, the licks and the furry little cuddles are soooooooo worth it all!

Wishing you all a very happy day full of love and cuddles from your loved ones too!

Love Amanda & LuLu La Rue xxx

Amanda, I don't mind you sharing heaps and heaps of pics and blogs about Lulu La Rue, she is so adorable. I can remember when Lily was a puppy and the many puddles that were around oh and the lovely little land mines, nothing wakes you up quicker than stepping in one of them...oh how I have missed those times...NOT!!!
hehe...I love Lulu La Rue's apartment, I was just saying to my Mum today that I want to make a doggy bed coffee table and you already have one.
Enjoy the beauty and joy of puppyhood it goes by so quickly even though it doesn't feel like it at the time. Lulu La Rue is one very blessed puppy to have you as her Mummy.
Hope your not getting rained out where you are, in Bundy it's been wet, wet, wet. I love listening to the rain, great for sleeping in. Anyway enough of me rambling. Have a wonderful wednesday!
Hugs to you and the adorable Lulu La Rue:)

She is one cute little thing. I can just imagine that when she's awake she's ready to party! Don't you wish you had half of her energy. I think that old saying "Youth is wasted on the young" is so true, including adorable little pups. Have a great Tuesday!

Amanda,
LuLu La Rue is absolutely adorable! We have a Chihuahua and I know exactly what you mean about not getting any sleep. When our Peanut was a puppy (he is now 6), he was as difficult to take of as any human baby! I also walked around in a daze for months. But they are so worth it! I know one never really gets over loosing a beloved pet, but I hope LULU fills that hole in your heart that I'm sure was there after loosing your other little one.
Please share lots and lots of pics and blogs about LuLu. My daughter and I just love seeing them!
Take Care!

PS I love your blog! I don't have one myself, but would like to start one in the future.

She really is quite settled there isn't she? All those puppy things to look forward to - puddles, poop, baby teeth falling out.... ahhh!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the blog going to the dogs... they are the cutest after all. I shamelessly plug my critters whenever they reflect a moment I may have. The unexpected,, hurry honey give me the camera moments.

Cutie pie she is.. just cutie!!

Leave it to you to come up with the most adorable names EVER. Lu Lu LaRue! I love it.
The neighbors just got a dog and the little 4 yr old girl named it "Twila Twinkle Star" ... I love that one too!

Lu Lu is ADORABLE. For Mother's Day, eh? Was this a surprise gift or did you all go out and choose a puppy together?

She is as cute as can be and I look forward to seeing many more pictures of her on her adventures. And that bag is TOO dang cute. She looks very loved and spoiled ... and that is what puppies are for! Loving and spoiling.
