Christmas cheer & giveaway winners....

Hi ladies, happy December 1st! Today is officially the first day of summer here in OZ. It's already been a long hot spring and I for one am o-v-e-r the heat even at this early stage in the game! C'mon autumn! lol Anyhoo, I hope you've all been having a lovely start to the week on your end of the rainbow? Today Princess and I battled the mall in our quest to get some Christmas shopping done. Tomorrow we'll be at it again too. Time is just rocketing by don't you think?!

A few posts ago I showed you this photo that we had taken to be done up as our 2009 family Christmas card.......


so today I thought I'd share with you the fun and shananigans that went on "behind the scenes"......


LuLu is a really good little dog and leaves her clothes on, but it was really hot outside when we were taking the photo's and she was getting sick of being held...and hot!


after a lot of laughs.....


and catching LuLu after she managed to escape a couple of times...


there was lots of playing....


zoning out (I think Lulu is going into denial)....


staring me out.....


and lots and lots of kisses......


but finally all fell into place, settled down....and I got my shot.


Next year I think I'll just buy regular ol' cards. Just kidding,I wouldn't miss this fun for anything!

Now for the vintage Christmas bauble give away. The names were written down and put into a bowl from which my darling daughter drew 2 names out, and they were......
