to join us for our usual Friday night dinner if you'd like. Roasted chicken & gravy, with roasted vegetables, green beans done in olive oil,garlic, sea salt & pepper, and cauliflower with cheese sauce. This weekend is panning out to be quite a hectic one, so please forgive me for not visiting you today (it's been a madhouse here today!) but I will be around to visit you all as soon as I can. Looks good. I cant remember the last time i made a whole or cut up chicken...we always use boneless breasts..but that looks good!
