Peanut Butter Cookies......
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
125g softened butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cup self raising flour
1: cream peanut butter, butter & sugar together
2: add egg and sifted flour. Mix until combined, don't over mix
3: roll teaspoon sized of mix into balls in the palm of your hands
4: place on greased baking tray, approx 3cms apart
5: bake at 180c (350F) for about 20 mins, or until golden brown
6: allow to cool on baking tray
7: makes 20-25 cookies
will keep fresh in an air tight container for a few days......
if they last that long. Ours vanished pretty quickly!

I am back!
I am moved into my "new" house and have internet again.
Loved the puppy spa day and noticed that you had a bag of bacon for that muffin recipe and it looks different than what I expected. I expected flat jerky like looking strips ... what you have looks a bit more like ham. So interesting to me ... and so fun that you always include pictures of the "ordinary" so I can see the difference.
