Saturday Night Fever!

It's here! The day has FINALLY arrived! Tonight (Saturday night) is Precious Princess' end of year dance concert! All 6 costumes are packed in the car already so that we don't forget anything, my house is covered in sequins and glitter.........and this arvo (aussie word for afternoon) will be a whirl wind of make-up, perfume, deodorant, hair pieces, bobby pins and hair spray. The ozone layer will definitely be a little more damaged after night's event! One True Love runs for the hills when he sees all of this going on. Safest place for him too, I think! lol I'll try to sneak some photo's to show you, but camera's (either still or video) aren't allowed into the auditorium because it's being professionally videoed and photographed, but I'll try for ya! Then tomorrow we'll all be up early after the late night tonight, because Precious Princess has her end of year Christmas break up party for bowling. It's a family party, so we're all going (yes One True Love, that means YOU too! I can see you hiding there ya know... Oh stop crying One True Love, it won't kill you! Geesh!) So my friends, I'll leave you with some more Christmas photo's from around our humble abode, and tomorrow afternoon I'll tell you all about it!

P.S. I just wanted to "Thank You" all for leaving your well wishes, sympathy and advice for my Princess in regards to her braces. They are still hurting her quite a bit, but she's getting better each day. We've stocked up on soft foods, panadol and big cuddles, so I know we'll get through! Have a wonderful weekend everyone, and I'll be around to visit you all as soon as I can. Don't forget me! lol

Looking forward to seeing the recital photos. We have our school recital next week with the girls doing their performances. A little less glitter than your girl's concert though I should think!

Good Morning Amanda,
I sure do love looking at all your beautiful decorations. I really like how you have the curtains tied back with the garland and the little snowman hanging in there too. I had never thought of that. Good Luck tonight with Precious Princess' Dance Recital. I can't wait to see her in the dresses you made. I don't have a digital camera or a scanner, so I may try to get a couple of pictures with my cell phone tonight of the girls. I just hope it won't be too dark inside the Church. Well, take care my friend and have a great Saturday. May God Bless You and Yours.

Hugs,
Karen H.
P.S. I'm glad PP is feeling better. I love to bowl myself.

I am sure the dance recital will be a smashing success!

I'm sending my Christmas wishes early this year as I will be away from blogland for a few weeks!

So do most people celebrate Christmas with snowmen, even though it is summertime in Australia.

It seems strange Christmas in the summer!
