Girl, that looked like one fabulous day out! I loved seeing the country side, the houses, and the stores.

I bet Penny and Linda will have a hard time looking at all those stacks of plates without their fingers getting itchy to do some mosaic work! HA!

Beautiful pictures of the country side. It looks a lot like places in California. I wonder if it's really similar. I have always wanted to go to Australia. Some day I'll get there. Thanks for the tour!

That seems like a wonderful Sunday to me, though it seems odd that your season is fall and ours is spring. Mind you, except that we don't have falling leaves it sure FEELS like fall...late fall...around here lately!

Dingos are a wild dog, right? Do they often sell them as pets in Austrailia? They have wolf dogs here in the states, but there are a lot of folks who feel they can never really be trusted not to revert back to untamed wolf behavior.

Loved the display cabinet with the oval glass front. I know just where I would put that! Did you buy anything?

Thanks so much for all the wonderful photos. I enjoyed my visit.
God bless.

Oh Amanda!!! You have no idea how my face is aglow right now. I enjoyed that SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much.
And all of the photos inside of the antique shops, and the nice sampling of architecture (old churches, old homestead!) autumn bush ... it's the kind of thing I would do if I were there. Just hop in a car and see everything I could see until I had to pull over for a nap.
So enjoyable. Thank you for sharing!
Glad you are enjoying your blissful cool Queensland right now.
Thank you thank you thank you thank you. That's going to keep a smile on my face all day.

Amanda,
I loved your pictures and they reminded me of my visit to Australia.
I have a huge tin of Milo and I think I will go and make a cup and have a couple of Tim Tams. I get a steady supply from my Aussie friends.

Oh, I can't wait for my next visit. I hope it is soon.

Hugs!
Christine
