Looky what I got!!

Last week while I was madly painting, redecorating, and driving my family insane these 2 fabulous give aways arrived on my door step that I had won a little while ago. The first to arrive was this stunningly delicate floral tea set from the beautiful Tara @ Days Missed on a Hammock. Thank you so very much Tara sweetie, it's just gorgeous and I love it so much! If you haven't met Tara yet, then please click on my sidebar link and go visit with her for a while for she's an absolute doll!

Tara's gorgeous tea set displayed on the bottom shelf of my newly thrifted & painted stand...*sigh* so pretty!

The next give away I was lucky enough to win was this package of beautiful fabric from the lovely Dawn @ Dawn Hay Designs. Dawn is an amazing quilter and if you make your way over to her lovely blog you will see just what a talented and sweet lady Dawn is. Thank you Dawn, I am tickled pink to have such darling fabrics to create something special with!

Also I was tagged a couple of weeks ago by the lovely and charming 'M' @ Tales From An O.C. Cottage. Sorry it took me so long to play this tag sweetie, but here I go!

What was I doing 10 years ago?

Well 10 years ago I was running around after my beautiful little girl. Here she is a little over 10 years ago. I am still running after her now, but I enjoy every minute of it. I love you my angelheart!

5 things on my 'to do' list:
1) repaint kitchen & dining room furniture
2) sort out all the paper work & buy a shredder!
3) help my One True Love landscape the yard
4) get picture frames sorted, painted and rehung
5) buy a crock pot & learn to use one!

Snacks I enjoy:
fresh seasonal fruit
lots of water all day long
anything with chocolate
homebaked goodies (sweet or savoury)

If I was a millionaire:
I would help out family & friends
I would donate a large amount to Cancer research
I would travel with family
Set our daughter up for life
Get my dream car & house!

Places I have lived:
Lots of places all over Queensland, and New South Wales, from the bush, the beach, and to the city.

Tag 5 people. I'm not going to tag anyone because I see from visiting blogs that lots of you have already done this tag, but if you would like to play then please do and let me know as I would love to read your answers too!

Ok I had better shake my tail feather and get hopping! Time to get dinner on then off to dance classes for our Precious Princess. See you all soon! Love Amanda xxx

Such a pretty tea set...I love how you've displayed it! Everything looks great.
The pic of your daughter is so sweet- doesn't time fly? It seems like no time ago I was chasing my 3 girls all over the place....now I'm looking after their children- and hoping somehow that time will slow just a little bit!
I hope you are feeling well and enjoying a wonderful week-
Hugs,
Pam
