Jacaranda Cottage: Winter in the country...

Yesterday Precious Princess, Paris Fifi and I made the long, long drive deep into the New South Wales country side to pick up my One True Love. He had been away on business and his journey ended in the NSW country side. Naturally we took the camera with us so that you could come for a drive too! All photo's are taken by Princess. I was too busy driving my husband's brand new car at 110km an hour! It's a beautiful car to drive, but I am used to driving my truck (that I love!). So even though his car is gorgeous, I was more than happy to hand the keys back over to him once we got home again! Here are the photo's our girl took for you.....I hope you enjoy the drive! See the huge mountain in the distance? We had to drive up, over and around it. Boy, those are some hair raising sharp turns! Luckily my One True Love was sound asleep in the back seat, and couldn't give me 'advice'! lol

I had aching hands from gripping the wheel so tight driving through that big mountain! lol

Such a sweet, darling little country church...

We were watching a show last night on Australia and they said that to drive across Australia was like driving from where I live in Pennsylvania across the United States over the ocean to Hawaii! Wow! I never realized!

Precious Princess took those pictures?? You better get her into a school for the arts! They are beautiful!! I sometimes think that we worry so much about what we're taking a picture of that we mess it up, but kids just shoot LOL

That mountain looked pretty scary, but the landscape is gorgous :)
