Halloween costumes & coffee?

I really try to avoid Saturday mornings shopping at the mall. It's usually such a mad house, and really the last place on earth I'd like to be..................................so where do you think we ended up today? lol Precious Princess has been invited to her very first Halloween party. Halloween isn't really celebrated here in Australia, and we have never given it much thought..........until the party invitation! Precious Princess has decided to go either as Catwoman or as Josie from Josie & the Pussycats. After searching high & low, we finally got everything she needs for her costume. Who would have thought cat ears would be so elusive???! Before and after the mammoth task of fighting our way through crowds of people......... dads pushing strollers, mother's calling out to children that cannot hear her over their own squeals (hey I really do love kids.....just not before coffee. lol), we had to stop off at my favourite coffee house called Zarraffas. It's very similar to Starbucks. Once I had my caffeine hit I was ready to tackle anything, even unfriendly gum chewing sales assistants. All in all it's been a good day. Precious Princess and I had fun coming up with ideas for her costume, and shopping together.
