I just love Neil Diamond and I listen to him loud & often! lol Today I woke up to my own beautiful noise...........rain. It doesn't happen very often, so I enjoyed every moment of it. I put on a Frank Sinatra (love him too!) Christmas CD, made a pot of coffee, and got a nice comfy seat to watch the rain.........then of course, being the faithful blogger that I am, I ran out into it to get photo's to share with you too! The last photo is of Paris Fifi all snuggled in for a rainy day nap........as you do. Move over Paris, Mummy is tired too.....zzzzzzzzzz

That photo of Fifi is so so so cute!! We get rain ALL THE TIME here near Seattle....but...when I lived in Colorado we got FEET of snow...so I'd rather have the rain...it's easier to get around in!

I love the rain and I really love to curl up on the couch with my trusty best friend Coco Chenille.
She usually hogs the covers. I think she would love to play with FiFi Paris, that is such a cute name and she is just a darling doggie. :) Bren

Awwww, the sound of rain. Isn't is wonderful to sit and listen to it fall and watch it all? Rainy days makes me sleepy too. You sure do have alot of pretty green plants there where you live. Your Fifi looks so comfy and relaxed. I would be there right beside her snoozing too. We are suppose to get some more rain this weekend. They said Monday night it might be ice, but now it has changed to just rain. Who knows, we will have to wait and see. Weather around here is hard to predict sometimes. I love the sound of the rain as well. There is something so comforting about that sound. When I was in Oz last May, I had clear skies the entire time except for the drizzle on the day I arrived. It made for a good vacation but didn't help the water shortage.

I love Neil Diamond and Frank Sinatra too! ND was one of my mom's favorites (still is) and well Frank, he's my dad's favorite. Good old Italian boy named Frank. Same as my daddy!
We had a ton of rain on Monday and I'm done with it. But it could be worse...we could have snow and ice. No thanks!

My hubs is a big Neil fan also. Also the Carpenters. I like them both because they remind me of my hubby.
We have the Frank Christmas CD also and are enjoying it quite a bit. I love the stylized music and orchestra sound!

Your tropical snowfall is so lovely. I have several pear trees that produce tons of white blooms in the spring. When the wind blows it does look like a snow shower.

Such sweet pets - know they must live well in your lovely cottage - especially tucked under blankets on rainy days. Please send the rain this way - we are so parched and only have enough water until Jan., the situation is getting desperate here in North Carolina.
Know what you were talking about when you mentioned having the camera attached to one's body - mine goes everywhere too, just in case I see something beautiful or interesting to share - digital sure changes one's perspective on life!
