I always knew it would pay off to be efficient! On the first Tuesday of November every year, Australia holds a world famous horse racing carnival called, The Melbourne Cup. It's quite a big deal to most Aussies, so today I had a little token bet. Not a gambling person, nor am I particularly lucky, but I did just happen to choose the winner of the Melbourne Cup today. Do you know how I came to be so lucky today in choosing the winner? I'll give you a hint........the horses name is "Efficient". How could I, Miss Efficiency herself, not back a horse with a name like that? I tell you, it was meant to be! See what I mean when I say I knew it would pay off being efficient! lol

My goodness you have been busy ... your baking looks so yummy (I love anything lemon flavoured especially with tea). After seeing your organizational skills in your home, it doesn't surprise me in the least that you picked Efficient to be the winner!
